HOW IT WORKS

How it works.

Vaping and smoking aren't just habits. They're anchors — moments you reach for when you need calm, confidence, a break from the weight of the day. Your mind has learned to associate them with relief. Hypnotherapy doesn't fight that. It works with your mind to gently untangle those connections, so that relief is there for you without the vape in your hand.

In a deeply relaxed, focused state — one you've probably experienced before, lost in a good book or a long drive — we work together. Not on you. With you. Your subconscious begins to loosen its grip on the habit, and your conscious mind remembers why you wanted to be free in the first place.

There's nothing to fear. You're always in control. You simply relax into a state where change becomes possible.

What happens in a session

01

Understanding the habit

We talk about what the habit has been doing for you — what it's given you, and what it's cost.

02

Relaxing into hypnosis

You relax into hypnosis — a natural state of calm, focused attention.

03

Rewriting the patterns

While your conscious mind rests, we speak directly to your subconscious. We replace the old patterns with new ones and strengthen your commitment to being free.

04

Emerging refreshed

You emerge refreshed, feeling lighter, with a quiet certainty that quitting is possible.

I also work with people who want to quit smoking cannabis or marijuana. The habit often runs alongside tobacco or vaping, or it can be its own dependency. The approach is the same — gentle, non-judgmental hypnotherapy to loosen the psychological and emotional ties, so you can be free of it.

THE REAL COST

Do you know how much your habit is actually costing you?

Cost per dayCost per monthCost per year
Daily smoker (1 pack/day)£16.45~£495~£6,000
Light smoker (5 cigs/day)~£4.10~£124~£1,500

Source: ASH Scotland (Feb 2025) — average pack price £16.45.

Now, the investment in quitting

  • Stop Vaping / Stop Smoking programme (2 sessions) — in person — £500 (was £1,000)
  • Or online — £425 (was £850)
  • Optional booster session — £133 (was £265)
  • Total investment (with booster) — £633 (was £1,265)

The break-even point

  • Daily smoker: you break even in about 2–2.5 months. After that, every month you're saving £495.
  • Light smoker: you break even in about 7–8 months. Then you're saving £124 every month.

What that means over a year

  • Daily smoker who quits: £500 investment → £6,000 saved in year one. Net saving: £5,500.
  • Light smoker who quits: £500 investment → £1,500 saved in year one. Then growing savings every year after that.

And this doesn't include

  • The health benefits — fewer cigarettes in your body means better breath, clearer skin, stronger heart, better sleep.
  • The freedom — no more hiding it, no more being controlled by the need for the next cigarette or vape.
  • Time — all the time spent not looking for cigarettes, not thinking about the next packet, not standing outside in the cold.

Where I work

Sessions are held live online, so distance is never a barrier. I work with English-speaking clients across England, the rest of the UK, Europe and worldwide — from anywhere with a quiet space and an internet connection. In-person sessions are also available on request.

Bringing the message into schools

Young people don't choose vaping because they understand nicotine. They choose it because they feel something when they hold it — calm, confidence, control. And then, slowly, they can't choose not to.

I visit schools to talk honestly about what vaping actually does: how nicotine affects the teenage brain during its most critical growth years — concentration, mood, decision-making, sleep. I talk about why it's invisible to parents. And I talk about the devices themselves — the lithium batteries hidden inside, the fire risk nobody tells them about. The talks aren't lectures. They're conversations designed to make young people stop and think about what they're reaching for, and why.

  • Fully DBS-checked and aligned with your safeguarding policies.
  • For under-18s: parental or guardian consent is required, and a member of school staff is present throughout.
  • Sessions are solution-focused — if a student wants to quit, we give them real tools and support.
  • Group cessation sessions available at a discounted rate.

Wellness for the workplace

In high-pressure work — the long meetings, the back-to-back emails, the weight of responsibility — people reach for a vape or a cigarette as their moment of relief. A moment that belongs only to them. But the habit is costing them: their health, their time, their peace of mind.

I offer on-site group sessions and relaxation programmes for corporate teams and businesses — from London's financial district to anywhere else you operate. The sessions address both quit smoking and vaping, and I also offer stress-relief and calm-building work, because stress is often what drives the habit in the first place. Group sessions are offered at a discounted rate.

  • Group cessation sessions tailored to your team — delivered at your office or location.
  • Guided relaxation and stress-relief sessions — giving your team back their sense of calm during the working day.
  • Flexible scheduling — early morning, lunchtime, or end-of-day wind-down.
  • Fully confidential — individual goals and progress are private, but the group setting creates peer support.
  • I travel anywhere — London, across the UK, Europe, or beyond.
