Stop VapingUKPlease read these terms before using this website or booking a session. They explain how our services work and what we ask of you.
These terms of use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Stop Vaping UK website at stopvapinguk.co.uk (the "Website") and to hypnotherapy services offered through Stop Vaping UK (the "Services").
Stop Vaping UK is a vaping and smoking cessation programme operated by Bianca Di Mascio, clinical hypnotherapist, as a sister practice of Bianca's Healing Sanctuary. By using this Website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or book a session.
Stop Vaping UK provides complementary hypnotherapy to support adults who wish to stop vaping or smoking. Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy that uses relaxation and focused attention. It is not a medical treatment.
Our Services do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. They are not a substitute for advice from your GP, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a health concern, are pregnant, take prescribed medication, or have a diagnosed mental health condition, please speak with your healthcare provider before booking.
You must be 18 or over to book a vaping or smoking cessation session unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example, for school or NHS group programmes arranged with an organisation).
Hypnotherapy works best when you are genuinely ready and willing to change. Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee that you will stop vaping or smoking, and your commitment plays an essential part in the process.
During a session you remain in control at all times. You may end a session if you wish. Please tell us before or during a session if anything makes you uncomfortable.
You agree to provide accurate information when enquiring or booking, and to attend sessions on time, in a suitable private space (for online sessions), and free from alcohol or recreational drugs.
You may enquire or request a booking through the Website contact form, booking form, email or telephone. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the date, format (online or in person) and payment arrangements with you.
Current programme fees are published on the Website and will be confirmed with you before you book. Group, corporate and discounted rates are quoted separately on enquiry.
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Fees are generally payable in advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice where you can.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full at our discretion, as that time cannot easily be offered to another client.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of any fee paid for that session.
Online sessions are delivered live by video call. You are responsible for providing a quiet, private location and a reliable internet connection, camera and microphone.
We are not responsible for session disruption caused by technical issues on your side. If a session cannot take place due to a fault on our side, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
Please do not record sessions unless we have given written permission.
What you share in sessions is treated confidentially, subject to the limits of the law. We may need to break confidentiality if we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if we are required to do so by law.
Information submitted through the Website is handled in line with applicable data protection law. We use your details to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and deliver the Services.
The content on this Website is for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or free from error.
You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.
The Website may link to third-party sites, including Bianca's Healing Sanctuary. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for those Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies when you use the Website or book a session. Please check this page periodically.
